Zircon, Zirconia, Zirconium Minerals

Zircon may seem a bit drab next to those infomercials for cheap cubic zirconia jewelry. The zirconium minerals are a serious bunch. Zircon Zircon makes a nice gem but its out of favor these days. Zircon—zirconium silicate or ZrSiO4—is a hard stone, ranking 7 ½ on the Mohs scale, but other stones are harder and its colors arent unique. Tradition has a slim dossier on zircon; one site says that it was reputed to aid sleep, bring prosperity, and promote honor and wisdom, but hey, just having the money to own jewels is good for that. It does have some minor mineralogical distinctions. Its the only gem in the tetragonal crystal class, for what that is worth. And its the densest of the major gemstones, but that means a zircon of a given carat weight is smaller than any other gem of equal weight. Maybe zircon can gain more respect if we look at its value to geologists. Zircon grains occur almost everywhere there are sediments because the mineral is so tough. It rises through the crust in igneous rocks and is eroded into the stream system, washed out to sea, and laid down in the sediment beds where it becomes part of the next cycle of sandstone and shale—totally unaffected! Zircon is the ultimate geological recyclable; it can even endure metamorphism. That makes it a great indicator mineral. If you find it in granite in one place, and in a sandstone somewhere else, you have learned something about the geologic history and geographic setting that brought the zircons from the first to the second place. The other thing about zircon is its impurities, especially uranium. The uranium-lead (U-Pb) system of dating rocks has been refined to great accuracy, and U-Pb zircon dating is now a precise tool for rocks as old as Earth itself, some 4.6 billion years. Zircon is good for this because it holds these elements tightly. Zircon is usually pronounced ZURKn, although you also hear ZUR-KON. Zirconia/Baddeleyite Cubic zirconia or CZ is known as a fake diamond, but I think it should instead be considered a superior zircon. CZ is a manufactured oxide compound, ZrO2, not a silicate, and zirconia is a chemical name, not a mineral name. There is a naturally occurring form of zirconia, called baddeleyite. The difference between baddeleyite and CZ is the way the zirconium and oxygen atoms are packed: the mineral is a monoclinic  crystal and the gem is cubic (isometric), the same crystal structure as diamond. That makes CZ extremely hard—only diamond, sapphire, and chrysoberyl can scratch it. The United States stockpiles over 14,000 tonnes of baddeleyite for its zirconium content. Like zircon, it is useful for dating extremely old rocks, though unlike zircon its use is limited to igneous rocks. Baddeleyite is pronounced ba-DELLY-ite by most geologists, but those who know better pronounce it BAD-ly-ite. Zirconolite Zirconolite, CaZrTi2O7, is neither a silicate nor an oxide but rather a titanate. In 2004 it was reported to be even better for dating old rocks than zircon, yielding data as precise as the SHRIMP (sensitive high-resolution ion microprobe) instrument allows. Zirconolite, though rare, may be widespread in igneous rocks but not recognized because it resembles rutile. The way to identify it for sure is by using specialized electron microscopy techniques on the tiny grains before deploying the SHRIMP on them. But these techniques can derive a date from a grain only 10 microns wide. Zirconolite is pronounced zir-CONE-alite. The Geologists Gem To get an idea of what people can do with zircons, consider what researcher Larry Heaman did, as reported in the April 1997 Geology. Heaman extracted zircon (and baddeleyite) from a set of ancient Canadian dikes, getting less than a milligram from 49 kilograms of rock. From these specks, less than 40 microns long, he derived a U-Pb age for the dike swarm of 2.4458 billion years (plus or minus a couple million), just after the close of the Archean Eon in earliest Proterozoic time. From that evidence he reassembled two big chunks of ancient North America, tucking the Wyoming terrane underneath the Superior terrane, then joined them to Karelia, the terrane underlying Finland and adjacent Russia. He called his results evidence of the worlds earliest episode of flood-basalt volcanism or Large Igneous Province (LIP). Heaman capped himself by speculating that the first LIP could reflect either (1) the waning of a vigorous mantle convection regime that prevailed during the Archean and completely dissipated mantle plumes for more than half of Earths history, or (2) the time of catastrophic collapse of a stable density stratification in the Earths core that led to a sudden increase in heat flux at the core-mantle boundary. This is a lot to get out of a few tiny bits of zircon and baddeleyite. PS: The oldest object on Earth is a grain of zircon thats nearly 4.4 billion years old. Its the only thing we have from deep in the earliest Archean, and it provides evidence that even at that time, Earth had liquid water on it.

Education is the foundation that our entire society is built on. Without education, society could not grow and prosper. Without education, we wouldnt have things like electricity, plumbing, or any other common amenities that is present in our society today. Education is important to not only the children receiving it, but to their parents and members of the community as a whole. Education is offered to many in U.S. thanks to public education, and laws that say children must be in school until they are six-teen. Education incorporates not only the four main subjects people usually know, which are science and math, english, and social studies, but music education as well. The fact that music incorporates all these different subject areas is just one reason why it helps in other subjects. Music affects children in many ways. Children who study music have a larger vocabulary and better reading skills than students who do not study music. Studying music also helps the brain comprehend speech when there is noise or other distractions going on. This means that there is an even greater benefit to music education for kids with learning disabilities or children who lose focus easily. Music education also affects the way a persons brain comprehends the human language. This allows students to have an easier time learning a second language, which is now a very important skill to have when applying for jobs. Another benefit is that students who study music have a higher level of self-esteem, and are therefore more confident around others and more willing t o express themselves personality wise and they are more willing to express ideas they have. Because of their growth and cash position, the top managers of HGC worked with a consulting firm to develop a strategic plan of action. The founder, Sally Peters, is considered to be one of the up and rising entrepreneurs. Her management skills have been able to get all the stakeholders to commit to having an organization dedicated to being innovative and growing inside and out. As well, there is a consensus between the managers on the path that the company should be on in the short and long term. (Larson, amp; Gray, 2011). Issues/Problems Identification: There are two main problems that are discussed 1) there does not exist a plan of action on how to achieve the short and long term goals upon which the managers have agreed, 2) the lack of control that the Founder/President really has over the company and achieving the goals, 3) lack of project’s priority and 4) keeping the competition from taking away key personnel that will help them enter into HGC market (Larson, amp; Gray, 2011). Analysis/Evaluation: The problem is that the Founder/President and the top management worked on strategy; however, they did not address the following: 1) identifying the project management structure, 2) defining the organization’s culture, 3) creating a responsibility matrix and 4) providing a communication requirement matrix to keep everyone on track and unified (Futrell, Shafer, and Safer, 2002). Recommendation: The Plan of Action that I would provide to Peters and her team is as follows: I. Create the Project Management Structure. Below is the Projectized Organization Structure that I would present to Peters for HGC. It would be based on separating the project management between the new product development and existing projects within their own units reporting directly to Peters. This will allow her to manage the development of new products and prevent everyone from creating their own. As well, the project management will be based on having a balanced matrix approach where the project manager has responsibility over defining what needs to be done; however, the functional manager controls how it is done. II. Define the Organizational Culture . The next step of the plan is to help HGC define its culture by the following aspects: i. Sense of identity- HGC’s market niche is young children. Therefore, the entire company needs to focus on products that will provide success in this arena. Any other focus would take away from the organization’s success ii. Legitimize the management system- While HGC is c ommitted to being an innovative company with knowledge sharing, the members must understand that the development of projects and the maintaining of existing projects are handled by those positions specifically. ii. Clarify and reinforce standards of behavior- the behavior of HGC needs to be reinforced as one that operate on everyone during one’s role, so that the clients are happy and the budgets are met (Larson, amp; Gray, 2011). III. Create a Responsibility Matrix b. The third step of the plan is to create a responsibility Matrix for HGC, so that each party clearly understands what each one is responsible for accomplishing (Larson, amp; Gray, 2011). The Right To Be Free Essays - A Lesson Before Dying, Free Essays The Right To Be Free The Right to Be Free In the novel A Lesson Before Dying, although Grant is an educated black man in the era of a racist society he has struggles greater than most men of his decent. I feel sorry for him because of his limitations, even though I view him as a coward. He cannot break free of his background and family. The three main female characters in the novel, Tante Lou, Miss Emma, and Vivian, restrict and limit Grant's choices. Grant realizes that freedom means leaving his small town and creating a new life, yet each woman holds a chain that keeps him from his destiny and the right to be free. First, Tante Lou, his aunt holds Grant from his dreams by refusing to let him go his own way. Tante Lou wants Grant to stay at home with her and take care of her. But, in the time the novel takes place, it wasn't common for young men stay with their elders and help out, especially when Grant has a college degree and can accomplish so much. Tante Lou took advantage of this in any means necessary, using the fact that Grant is family and in essence owes it to her to stay and help out. We can see this on page 14 when Tante Lou forces Grant to talk to Mr. Henri about seeing Jefferson. You are going up there with us Grant, or you will not sleep in this house tonight. Tante Lou denies Knodt 2 Grant choices that men his age have. Next, Miss Emma, who doesn't have a family relation to Grant, also restricts his choices in life. Miss Emma plays an important role in the novel by being Jefferson's godmother, and in a painstaking situation. She asks Grant in a way that gives him no real choices to teach Jefferson to be a man. Leaning on her ability to persuade, and using her power as an extensive friend to Tante Lou she can basically tell Grant what to do and gets away with it. She knew Grant did not want to go and teach Jefferson, but still went ahead with it. Driving along the St. Charles River I could feel Emma not looking at me, not looking at anything..just thinking. Like my Aunt she knew how much I hated all of this.(p.68) Miss Emma therefore forces Grant to do matters that she wants, not what Grant thinks he is capable of doing. Thirdly, Vivian, the love of his life, is also limiting Grant's ability to make decisions based strictly on his own intent. She understands Grant's need to leave and see new things, but has restrictions in her life that will not allow her to help Grant begin a new existence. Vivian is in the middle of a drawn out divorce and needs to see it through so she can maintain custody of her children. We see an example of this on page 93. Let's go somewhere and spend the night. Baton Rouge, New Orleans- anywhere, Grant asks. I can't, My Babies. This sentence alone describes the turmoil she is going through with her own threatening aspects and how it effects Grant's choices. I think the book is an intriguing novel and surfaced important issues dealt with in society. Religion, racism, and many other articles of today are just a few. But, Grant is a complex character and can be depicted thoroughly. His education holds him to a new Knodt3 standard not expected of people back then, but withholds him from reaching his dreams. He cannot find what he is looking for in this small town that A Lesson Before Dying takes place in. I feel sorry for him until Jefferson teaches him other factors involved to being a real and distinct kind of man. He evolves dramatically. But, his need to be free is still restrained by Tante Lou, Miss Emma, and Vivian in different, yet important ways.

Hijra community INTRODUCTION: We know a community is a group of people who work with one another building a sense of trust, care, and support. In Bangladesh Hijra community is a strong community, although they are the most neglected people in our society. Higras are the people who are neither male nor female. In our society they are not treated as human being but hijras claim that they are more capable than men or women. Because they are the combination of both male and female, they are capable of doing the work, which is preferable by men and women.Their demand from society is not so much; they just want to be treated as normal human being and the basic human needs. SUMMARY: 1 (MOVIE: COMMON GENDER) The movie is a reflection of androgen’s life cycle. Androgens were look like men but dressed up like women. So that people teach them and never showed a minimum respect for them. There was one leader of their community who instructed others. One of the characters of this movie was â€Å"Shusmita†. Her parents left her to the hijra community because they think that it was very ashamed things for them that their child was hizra.Shusmita had a male friend named â€Å"Shonjoy† who was also betraying her. After that she felt that there was no meanings of her life for exist. Then she committed suicide. Another character of this film was â€Å"Babu†. The hizra community called her â€Å"Bably†. He falls into identity crisis as they find feminine emotions trapped inside a manly body. They don’t treat as human because they don’t have any rights, like they cannot take part in the burial of their parents. Lots of situation like this force him to join a hijra community. Over there they find friends like them, so they don’t feel loneliness anymore, and the guru of the community became their parents.She named them newly like â€Å"Salam† become â€Å"Salma†. They get their livelihood and security with and through the community. SUMMARY: 3 They swing between both sexes: hijras as â€Å"asexual others† There are two types of gender male and female, which are classified by our society. But there is another type called â€Å"Hijra† whom is clam that they are third gender. Hijra of Bangladesh defines them as human who are neither male nor female. They can be easily identified by their get-up, language and a very different style of clapping. They developed a distinctive lifestyle gradually.They formed as a community with strong sense of social solidarity. Hijra society of Bangladesh divided into several bands but there is a strong unity and coordination among them. Through every community have separate area, they often visit another community and they welcomed with warmly and greatly treated beca use hijra society is very hospitable. Hijras are mostly illiterate, jobless and homeless. They can barely manage food for survival or see a good doctor for checkup. They have no stable flow of income. In India hijra have a high income rather than Bangladesh.But in our country hijras are fighting hard to survive. They sing and dance for new born baby; they also collect money from market places. She told us that still she wanted to stay with her family but when she go for her family they behaved very rude with her. They don’t even touch her and made face like they have se en a alien.Then she told us about their leader on the Rayer Bazaar hijra community who takes care of her as like her child. The leader decided the role of each member and the leader was selecting by concerning their age no matter how active she works. She told us that they dance and sing on society’s birthday party and marriage ceremonies but basically they collect money from market to survive. Then she told that the existence of the society is very tough and painful for her because she always asked herself that who wanted to bag people for money or forced them for giving money for free, her answer is may be no one.It proves that she also have a very strong self-respect. They just don’t understand that it is not any diseases but hormone problem so why people looking at them very oddly with negative point of view. One of the most important things about their community was although they know that they were HIJRA but they didn’t like that word. Then she smilingly t old us that she can handle any kind of problem easily because she has the ability of both male and female. She and her friends can maintain any situation by herself without any help of other by showing their disability approach or brain.This was the main strength of their community that without any political or social backup they live their life with each other. There are different kinds of hijra of their community who belong various religions like Hindu, Muslim, Christian, and Buddha etc. They celebrate their religious occasion like other people of society. Case Study-2 Bala is a Hijra (androgen), who is a member of Rayerbazer hizra community. The size of the community is large, where 65 people live together. They have a leader in this community who is the eldest person of the community, they call her khala, and she plays a vital role in the community.She did not born in the community, she was borrowed from her family when she was 6 years old. Her family doesn’t try to bring her back or stay connected with her. They don’t take any baby because they think if their next baby born as hijra. She told the community has a strong network through they get the news of new hijras. Hijras are easily identifiable because of their nature and attitude. Where all the members along Bala collect money shops and give them all to khala, khala ensure the livelihood for all the members. The brotherhood is so strong between them, if anyone faces any problem everyone comes forward to help.The strength of the community is one for all, all for one. But they never have the happiness of family. They want life partners but that is quite impossible. Her demand from the society is everyone should treat them like a normal human being. Sometime they committed suicide because they cannot handle the way they are treated. She don’t like to collect money from other, she claims that â€Å"I can do any work, like others I also have hands and those are strong. We are not usel ess; we can contribute for the country. We just need opportunity. † They work as the entertainer of the society. But they don’t want to be the clown of the society.They don’t want to live by begging from others. She don’t like the way people look at her. People called her Hijra, which is very painful to her. She wants to known by her name. She came from a Muslim family and still maintains her religion. Like her other members of different religion live together without facing any problem. Case Study-3 Hanna is a member of Keranigonj Hijra community. First time when I saw her she was in a barber shop. She seemed very friendly. I took a short discussion with her. The community where she lives is not a large one. The community is leaded by her guru.She come into this community when she was 12 years old. Her family was ashamed of her. She left her family because of the torture of her father and some of the members of that community offer to join them. Here she found family, friend, food and shelter. After 13 years she is holding a important position in the community. They basically collect money from the local markets and shops. They also participate in the dance of marriage and puja. When they got any information about new born baby they go and dance for money. When I asked about the problem that she faced, she replied there is problem in every aspect of the life of a hijra.One of the problems is people react very oddly when they saw a hira. She said they look like they saw an alien on the street. She handles this problem very interestingly; that she thinks that she is a beauty queen and no one can took their eyes off her. Although they are very confident about themselves but they need the support of their community to survive in the society. People don’t respect them as human being but they have more attachments and feelings, moreover they are very religious. As they are also living human being, they want the basic human needs fr om society.They want to get out of their traditional lifestyle. They want to live in normal human society as a normal human being. They want to work for the society as well as for the country. They are strong and there is no doubt about it, because their community is surviving without any political and social backup. CONCLUSION: Above all it can be say that hijra community who demand themselves as third gender also part of our society. They want nothing but the minimum respect for them and basic rights by which they can survive. If our society provides them chance to do something for betterment they can prove themselves as an asset.We all should help them to develop their community as well as our society by providing the facility which they deserve. It is the right time to change our point of view to them so that they can turn their weakness into strength by serving our country and never hesitate to think that they are also a part of our society. An Analysis of Les Miserables’ Bring Him Home Essay

One of the most popular songs in Les Miserables is the song entitled Bring Him Home. It is sung by Jean Valjean in Act II of Les Miserables as a form of prayer to God in order for a young man named Marius to be able to return home to the woman he loves, Cosette (Guy & Llewelyn-Jones, ). The story behind the song is that Cosette was an orphan whom Jean Valjean had cared for who fell in love with the young man named Marius. However, Marius had become involved in a series of anti-government riots, which puts her relationship with Cosette in a very awkward position. Jean Valjean decides to help Marius get back to Cosette, and this song was his prayer (Guy and Llewelyn-Jones, ). The prominent theme in the song is the longing for the safety of another individual. It was, in a sense, finding happiness in the happiness of another, and the singer, Valjean, indicated that he wanted the young boy named Maruis to be able to be brought home safely, back to the arms of Cosette. Valjean sings to the Lord, appealing to Him, and trying to reason to Him, that Marius deserved to be able to go home. He sings: â€Å"He is young, he’s afraid, let him rest, heaven blessed. Bring him home. Bring him home. Bring him home† (NIEHS, n. d. ). Valjean goes on to sing that if he had a son, it would have been Marius, and despite the anti-government riots Marius had participated on, Valjean believes that he is a good man and he deserves to be able to have a shot at life for he is very young. 7 Agenda Items for Your Writing Groups First Meeting 7 Agenda Items for Your Writing Group’s First Meeting 7 Agenda Items for Your Writing Group’s First Meeting By Mark Nichol This is the third post on our series about writing groups. You can read the first one here and the second one here. Now, you’ve done it. You’ve launched a writing group, or you’re about to. What now? It’s time to organize. Here’s what to do at the first meeting: 1. Break the Ice Give each member a few minutes to introduce themselves, or try the team-building game Two Truths and a Lie: Have members come prepared to present, with a straight face, three interesting things about them; everyone else votes on which two items are true and which is false (though it can be a variation on the truth or an aspiration). 2. Set a Schedule How often will the group meet? Every week is probably pushing it, so vote on whether sessions will be held every two weeks or monthly. Agree on meeting duration. (Two hours is a good block of time.) Ask members to commit to attending regularly and arriving punctually. 3. Establish Goals What do you and the other members want to get out of the group? Is everyone determined to get published, or is the experience just a way to solicit feedback in a supportive environment and work on writing skills? Make sure everyone has a common ambition. Consider creating a mission statement. 4. Determine Protocol Briefly discuss meeting structure: Does everyone read every time, or do members alternate every two or three meetings? Do members email work in progress in advance so that others can prepare critiques, or do they give cold readings? Will your group alternate between both strategies? Consider having members take turns preparing mini-tutorials based on their experiences or research, like describing the different archetypal characters or sharing a list of plot pitfalls. Or give each person a chance to share an advice tidbit from an accomplished author. 5. Take a Break Allow five or ten minutes halfway through the session for a snack and small talk, but don’t let it drag out. 6. Read Samples Give everyone a chance to read briefly from a work in progress. Have members start right off without a preface and then take a moment to talk about the story. Save critiques for subsequent sessions this is just a chance for everyone to get a taste of others’ writing styles. 7. Plan Ahead Agree on what to do next time: Have everyone email an excerpt to the group a week before the next session, prepare a short selection to read aloud, or plan to bring hard copies of a sample passage to hand out. (Materials for cold readings by writers or others should be no more than a couple of pages; excerpts sent in advance can be longer). This shows that it was easy for people to start just considering themselves and ignoring everyone including, their loved ones. The advice certainly would not be easy to fallow. But it does seem like good advice and Elie Wiesel seemed to have fallowed it and it did help him. Elie worried about his father and helped him on the march, in return him and his father worked as a team. Cornwall

Cornwall is the place I love to be, it is filled with lovely places to see, beautiful beaches of golden sand, which you can just spend hours walking on or looking out across the ocean, there are quaint little villages, sea ports and harbours. I love going to St. Ives this is my favourite place, it is just a small harbour town but packed with interesting things to do.You can have boat rides round the coastline, fishing, seeing the sea life, there is a museum where you can see how people made a living and the tragedies they went through and there is also a recording of the locals talking about how they have seen the changes in their lifetime. There is also a life boat station there which has it's own stories to tell. Driving through St. Ives can be a bit scary as the roads are very narrow, there is just enough room for one car to pass through, so most of the road near the harbour are one way.You also have art galleries, food shops, pubs and restaurants, hotels and holiday homes. As you walk through the back streets you find that the locals occupy the houses and it is less noisy. I like to sit on the harbour front and watch the boats coming and going and local fishermen selling their catch, also watching the sea rippling in and out, at night it is lit up lovely and is packed full of locals and holiday makers all enjoying themselves. There are other places to visit like the Eden Project at St.Austell which has the worlds largest greenhouse, two massive conservatories one of which is a rain forest and the is for fruits and flowers from different countries. The grounds are landscaped and produce tea, lavender, sun flowers and I think a desert conservatory is going to be built there too. The national trust owns and protects over 220 miles of the Cornish coastline, there are loads of coastal walks from just a gentle pace to hard hiking, oh that's not for me though.I have visited the lost gardens of Heligan and was totally blown away by what I saw, it was truly wonderfu l and to think it could have been lost for every would have been very sad, but to explore the whole of it would take at least two or three days. I was only there for one day and really I didn't see it all I was taken back with the plants and ponds and to think this was all made possible by the Tremayne family and now their descendants have found it and stated about restoring it with help from other sources, this is well worth a visit.Other places to visit is Porthleven another harbour town, the Minack theatre which was the inspiration of just one lady Rowena Gade, Charlestown Heritage, Shipwrecks and China Clay, well worth a look you also have Bodmin Moor which is one of the last unspoilt areas in the south west and I have also seen some beautiful church's driving through some of the Cornish towns.Across the coast you will find surfers trying to catch the perfect wave, they make it look so easy. You can also so some crabbing in the crab pools in Perrinporth. Newquay is a buslin town with loads of shops, arcades, pubs, beaches and night life. And now what I don't like about Cornwall, well that's easy to answer,it's leaving

The Importance of Protected Sex

Can you imagine having to urge to go pee 24 7, or what about gaining anywhere from 30 to 60 pounds, or even worse, contracting one of those nasty STD's we've all heard about? Well neither can I. Therefore, when abstinence is not an option, protected sex is a must. In todays world, the image of sex is portrayed everywhere. On TV, the radio, social networking sites, even school and public settings. Teenagers are constantly surrounded by sexual intensions, it’s a part of culture that is truly unavoidable. The media, portrays sex as fun and glamorous in plenty of ways, whether its movies, reality shows, or magazine ads, they never portray sex as something awful that can completely ruin your life, and give you no option but to take a turn for the worst. Teen sex in todays world, is nothing but false advertising. Most teens are not informed and educated on the risks of sex, and that is not entirely their fault. Parents tend to assume that children learn everything they need to know in school, and if they're not asking questions, that they're not even thinking about. That’s where their wrong. Most teens are timid about discussing this subject with their parents and are embarrassed to even bring it up. Studies show that teenager who can talk to their parents about uncomfortable subjects, including sex, are less likely to become sexually active at an early age. When teens turn to their peers about sex, they get sugar coated information that they have developed from the media, which leads them into thinking incredibly false things. Simply talking to your parents, discussing methods of protection, and how to obtain them could save teens lives, not to mention their reputations. Although teen pregnancy rates in Canada have declined greatly, the problem is far from solved. Pregnancy and being a mother is something much too large for any teenager to even grasp. The stress, anxiety, and toll it takes on your mind and body, is something no teen is ready for in high school. Pregnancy is an overall uncomfortable situation, consisting of sickness, weight gain, mood swings, swollen feet, constant urination, increased appetite, and much more. Not to mention, pregnant teens will most likely not want to attend school, with all the stress and sickness, school is just not where they want to be, which will eventually result in poor grades and likely failure. Raising a child, requires money, money requires a job, which most always will require education. Acquiring an education can be near impossible when you have a baby at home, your focus would be all over the place and if you didn't have a good family support system, it would be difficult to complete homework and assignments. Okay, so we have all sat through those nasty sex ed presentations, disgusted at the images of unheard of STD's. Passing up the knowledge from those presentations as something gross that would never happen to you, could be the worst mistake of your life. Teens contract STD's daily, never expecting it.. With Chlamydia becoming a pandemic in our province, it is very important to trust nobody, and use protection every single time you partake in sexual activities. Believe it or not, you can contract an STD from something so simple as kissing, gross right? Before you trust your partner, make sure you are well aware of their sexual history, and make them aware you are not willing to do anything without protection. The price teens could pay for begin sexually active far outweigh and advantages. Contracting an STD, becoming pregnant, and jeopardizing the rest of your life are only a few of the horrifying results of unprotected teen sex. Teens need to become educated and aware of all the risks, from parents or health professionals. Volver Conjugation

Volver Conjugation Volver is a common Spanish verb that usually means to return, to come back or something similar; in the reflexive form, volverse, it also can mean to become. Volver is a stem-changing verb; to conjugate volver, change the -o- to -ue- when stressed. Volver also has an irregular past participle. Irregular forms are shown below in boldface. Translations are given as a guide and in real life may vary with context. Verbs that follow the conjugation pattern of volver include absolver, devolver, disolver, desenvolver, resolver and revolver.
